How do I upload a CSV file?Navigate to the 'Upload' tab from the left sidebar. Click the 'Choose File' button to select your CSV, then click 'Upload and Process'. The system will validate the data and display it in the tracker.
What does the Auto-Assignment Engine do?The auto-assignment engine uses AI to assign pending restaurant tasks to available employees. It considers factors like employee availability, past performance (TAT/APT), and current workload to ensure a balanced and efficient distribution of tasks.
How can I track the status of a restaurant?The 'Tracker' page provides a real-time view of all restaurant records. You can see the status of each record (e.g., Pending, Assigned, Completed) and who it is assigned to.
What is the Idle Staff monitor?The 'Idle Staff' page lists all employees who are currently not assigned to any task. This helps managers quickly identify available resources. The list refreshes automatically.
